“ This restaurant open recently , I always want to support new business in Balch Springs . I invited my mom and we had lunch there . Food was amazing , service too. We had the green chicken enchiladas plate and chile verde pork plate . We liked the hot sauce , to drink , the tamarind fresh drink . We can’t wait to go back and tried more foods , the menu for breakfast looks delicious . They are incorporating ceviche and whole fried tilapia . I did ask if they would sell alcohol , the owner response was that , they need to be in business for 30 days , before applying for the license . They come from Seattle, Washington. “ Went there today and let me tell you the food was absolutely finger licking good! From the ceviche to the carne asada & let’s not forget their horchata! It was our first time and will not be our last. The owner (I believe) was very nice and attentive and he even looked up how to make a specific shot just to satisfy the costumer .
